Welcome to Shapesmith Performance, a company created in order to provide athletes with the level of support that they deserve, but may not have access to.

Shapesmith seeks to enhance performance by coaching individuals and teams, to develop understanding through education and research and to inform decision making through the analysis of video, both live and post-event.
