These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of apparel products sold by Shapesmith Performance Ltd.

Separate agreements, contracts or service-specific terms apply to our coaching, analysis, consultancy and education services where applicable.

Services

Shapesmith Performance Ltd provides coaching, training, analysis, education and apparel.

All information on our website is provided in good faith. We may update or change services, prices or availability without prior notice.

Digital services are provided immediately upon purchase. Apparel is produced on demand and shipped directly from our supplier.

Orders and payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and processed.

Refunds

Training subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable once delivered.

Every physical product is printed to order, so we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shapesmith Performance Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its products. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Our website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g. Wix, payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties.
