RETURNS POLICY
At this time, we are unable to accept returns, as we use a print-on-demand supplier, helping us to reduce waste by producing only what’s needed.

At Shapesmith, we're committed to adopting a more sustainable approach wherever possible, as we recognise the environmental impact of returns in the UK fashion industry. In 2022, 23 million garments were sent to landfill or incinerated, resulting in 750,000 tonnes of COâ‚‚ emissions (you can read the article here).
We highly recommend referring to the product size guides to ensure the perfect fit. However, if your item is incorrect or damaged, as unlikely as that is, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
