• Shapesmith Performance Ltd provides coaching, training, analysis, education and apparel.

• All information on our website is provided in good faith. We may update or change services, prices or availability without prior notice.

• Digital services are provided immediately upon purchase. Apparel is produced on demand and shipped directly from our supplier.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and processed.

 

REFUNDS

• Training subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable once delivered.

• For physical products (if applicable), our refund and return policy will apply which can be found here.

• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
